About Gary
Gary has more than 38 years experience as a Real Estate Broker and has acted as the Principal Broker
for Vantage Point Properties, Inc for the past 22 years. He is a first-time buyer specialist and a skilled
negotiator. He has highly developed communication and conflict resolution skills. His expertise extends
to the purchase and management of investment properties. He is well versed in the use of the 1031 tax
deferred exchange. He's also a licensed and bonded general contractor at Vantage Point Renovations,
LLC. and has personally overseen and participated in numerous home renovation and restoration
projects.
He's a devoted husband and father, as well as volunteer mediator at Clackamas and Multnomah
Counties. In his space time, Gary enjoys reading, gardening, fishing and woodworking. He has a B.A.
Degree from Pomona College and a certificate in Mediation and Dispute Resolution from Marylhurst
University.
